Is mom life always like this? Is it normal to feel tired and overwhelmed? How can I do all the things that come with being a mom and still make time for self-care? Am I the only one feeling like this?

You are not alone! Welcome to the Mom Camp: Around the Campfire podcast, where we will dig in to all these questions and more. This is a space where you can find resources, hear encouragement and get a sense of community: each week, host Gillian Behnke chats with busy moms who are experts in their field, hearing what they have to share and learning ways to make mom life simpler, more manageable, so we have the time and space to enjoy it.

We hear how these moms still make time for themselves, for self-care, while still holding space for those around them. These are the conversations you would have sitting around a campfire – comfortable, open, sharing what you have learned with your best girlfriend.

It takes a village to raise a child but it also takes a village to raise a mom. Join us around the campfire for real conversation and community, because this is your village.
